According with Francis Ching in his text “Interior Design illustrated” an architect when its planning a project has to take seriously three areas of needs: the needs of the people who will standing in the building, the structural needs (the building itself) and the context where its placed.

To develop those areas the architect is the responsible of choose the best one to be developed to the maximum point. Why choose one? Because like the author says, each area has a conflict with the other ones by the fact that the areas are dynamics everything in time changes, the people, the use of the building and off course the environment changes.

Now talking about those areas, let’s explain each one:

It’s about the culture, the environment, the connections, and the economical aspects.

All those areas, according to Ching, are the most important aspect to consider when the architect its planning with them he will make an amazing balanced design
